Itinerary Suggestion
Day 1 - Arrival in Iceland
Arrival at Keflavík International Airport, transfer to your hotel in Reykjavík where you will spend one night.
Day 2 - Enjoy Reykjavík and depart for Greenland
Enjoy Reykjavík today, there is a variety of optional excursions available such as Reykjavík City Tour, Whale Watching and much more.
Pick up from hotel to depart to Keflavík Airport about 3 hours before your flight. Evening flight with Air Iceland from Keflavik to Narsarsuaq Airport. Transfer from the airport to the pier and by boat through Eric's Fjord to Qaqortoq where your guide will be waiting on the harbour.
South Greenland is the often overlooked by visitors travelling to Greenland - and it is a real shame. The area has so many Arctic experiences to offer: From iceberg-filled fjords to dramatic glaciers, not to mention archaeological remains from the Inuit and Viking settlers.After check-in dinner will be served followed by an information meeting.

Qaqortoq offers a choice of daily excursions to points of interest in the local area including Viking ruins such as Hvalsey Church ruin, which is mentioned in the Icelandic Sagas. Explore the natural wonder that is the hot springs of Unartoq not to mention the amazing icebergs and glaciers found nearby.

Day 5 - Narsarsuaq helicopter ride
Breakfast at the hotel. Tonight you will fly back to Keflavik - but first you will travel to Narsarsuaq Airport by helicopter! Flying in low altitude over the magnificent Arctic landscape, this is a memorable way to end your trip!
Depending on the time of your helicopter transfer - there may be time to join a short excursion from Narsarsuaq to the Qoroq Glacier or the remains of Eric the Red's Farm. Please check with your Arctic Adventure guide if this is possible.

Stay your last night in Reykjavík, Iceland.
Day 6 - Departure for homeTransfer from the hotel in Reykjavik to Keflavik airport or prolong your stay to have more time to enjoy the northernmost capital of the world.
Optional Excursion: Visit to the Blue Lagoon
Depending on your flight time you may want to enjoy the Blue Lagoon for 2-3 hours. You can book a treatment if you like, have a lunch at the Blue Lagoon or just relax in this wonderful spa. If you have a morning flight, you can do the Blue Lagoon as a day trip from Reykjavík or on arrival.
