      Day 1: Arrival

      Arrival at Vágar Airport where a taxi / shuttle will wait for you and take you directly to your hotel in Tórshavn where you will spend 7 nights.

      Enjoy Tórshavn at night with its charming harbor, restaurants and cafes.

      Day 2: Explore Tórshavn

      Explore Tórshavns sights and attractions on your own. Take a stroll through Tórshavn visiting the old part of town - Tinganes, The National Gallery and the Nordic House. The capital also offers a bustling - although peaceful - city life with a good variety of cafés, restaurants and interesting shopping opportunities.

      You might also want to go on an optional tour, the Sagas of Sandoy which includes sights such as Kirkjubø, Skopun, Sandur, Søltuvík, Skarvanes, Dalur, Húsavík & Skálavík and more! Pre-booking is suggested, ask us for more information

      Day 3: Highlights of the Faroe Islands

      Today you will be going on tour to the central islands and exploring Streymoy and Eysturoy. On this guided tour you will be visiting highlights such as the highest waterfall in the Faroe Islands Fossá Waterfall, walk along the black sands of Tjørnuvík, see the famous Giant and Witch Sea stacks and see and hike up towards the tallest mountain the Faroe Islands and lastly a visit to the beautiful village of Gjógv.

      The guided tour includes beverages and lunch.

      Day 4: Explore Tórshavn

      Explore Tórshavns sights and attractions on your own.

      You might also want to go to our favourite little island of of Nólsoy, it is very easy to take a public boat ride to visit this island. ask us for more information.

      If time allows, you might want to go on a walking tour of Tórshavn or even a half day schooner cruise with the potential to see the seabirds and seals. Pre-booking is suggested, ask us for more information

      Day 5 - Explore the Northern Islands

      Today you will enjoy a full day tour to the northern islands, a cluster of small islands characterized by steep mountainsides rising up from the sea with a local guide. See the stunning views of the islands Fugloy, Svínoy, Borðoy and Kunoy. Along the way you will also visit the Christian Church in Klaksvík and the Viking settlements in Leirvík.

      The guided tour includes beverages and lunch.

      Day 6: Explore Tórshavn

      Explore Tórshavns sights and attractions on your own.

      You might also want to go on an optional tour such as the Wonders of Vágar Island or Mykines the Puffin Island. Pre-booking is suggested, ask us for more information

      Day 7: Vestmanna Seacliffs and Puffins

      With incredible sights along the way towards the small town of Vestmanna, you can expect coastal views from Leynar with white sand beaches and insight into the early settlements in Kvívík.

      The boat trip along the bird cliffs of Vestmanna takes about 2 hours with opportunities to see a wide variety of wildlife including seabirds and puffins, fish and sheeps along the vertical cliffs.

      The guided tour includes beverages and lunch.

      Day 8: Depart Home

      The tour has come to an end. The taxi shuttle takes you safely to the Vágar airport for your flight home.
