We all absolutely loved our trip to Iceland and would have loved to stay for longer - four days was not enough! Apart from our request for a twin room not appearing to have got through to the hotel, everything else worked out very smoothly - and the wild and wintry weather just added to the experience. The two Reykjavik Excursions tours we did were both very well run, the only shame being that we felt quite rushed, especially on the Reykjanes peninsula tour where we were often only given 10-15 minutes to look around before being hurried back onto the bus. However, it did mean that we saw many of the best sights in a relatively short period of time. Next time we’ll come in the summer and take more time to travel round the whole country.
