Hi We had a most wonderful holiday thank you. Reykavik: The staff at Natura were very helpful and the food and rooms extremely impressive; the bar and menus were top class. We visited the blue lagoon which was a much better experience than I had anticipated: it was brilliant. What could be improved: We hadn't realised that using the hotel spa was extra. Also we had not realised that all excursions leave in the morning. Although the wonderful bus drop off and pick up system is really useful and comfortable, a prior explanation would have been even better. Myvatn: This was an experience of a lifetime. The frozen lake, the geysers, the caves, the craters,were all astounding. The excursions we booked were superbly organised and the drivers took us wherever we wanted whist providing an educated and entertaining flow of conversation and guidance and above all the waterfalls that we visited are justifiable Hollywood sets. . Everyone at the hotel knew what we wanted. The meals were tasty and just what we wanted: local produce and cuisine and very nutritious. I loved the bread and Arctic char. We were exceptionally lucky to view the Aurora at night and the photographer in our group were thrilled as was I. Special thanks to Reyki and Gili, our guides.
