Hi Solveig and Bergey I had a wonderful time in Iceland on this tour (oct 4th - 11th), and had fabulous sightings of the Northern Lights. The scenery was magnificent and we had good weather throughout the holiday. We saw the Northern Lights on 4 nights out 6 , and I attach a couple of photos that I took in the Natnajokull Nat Park. Our travel guide Petur was wonderful and he really helped us to see the Northern Lights at their best. I have the Gudmundur Jonasson Travel Brochure , and I see that they do another Northern Lights Tour in the north of Iceland: "North Iceland Aurora Challenge" .I would love to go back to Iceland this winter - possibly next March to see the Northern Lights again at their best during this Solar Maximum, and see more of Iceland.
