Dear All-Iceland staff and Solveig,
Just want to say a big thank you for arranging such a wonderful and memorable holiday for me, visiting Strandir and the Westfjords of Iceland. It really was amazing. I had a very good guide who lived for some years in that region and therefore plenty of local knowledge. The accommodation of Nordfjordur was excellent, very comfortable. All the arrangements were very good and ran according to plan. I think the pool at Krossneslaugh is possibly the best outdoor swimming pool in the world, looking out to the Arctic sea. It was a great way of relaxing after a mountain hike.Such a peaceful area.
This was a special trip for me as I have wanted to visit that area for a long time, but as I can no longer drive thought it might not be possible, so I was delighted when you arranged this. Each time I visit Iceland I want to discover a different area and come back with new ideas. So next year I was thinking of the Westman Islands.
